What this service does
Task Dashboard turns emails CC'd to a dedicated tracking address into tracked tasks. When you send or receive an email with that address CC'd, we log it as a task and watch the thread for replies that look like completion (or you can mark it done manually). A dashboard shows you and your team's task status. We only ever read the dedicated tracking mailbox — never anyone's personal inbox.
Accounts and companies
Sign-up requests are reviewed before an account is created. Each company gets a seat limit set at approval time; your company's admin can add or remove logins within that limit. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for what happens under your account.
Acceptable use
Use the tracking address only for real work correspondence you have the right to CC it on. Don't use the service to process mail you don't have permission to handle, to spam, or to try to break or overload the system. We can suspend or terminate an account that does.
No warranty
The service is provided as-is, without guarantees of uptime, accuracy of task detection, or fitness for any particular purpose. Completion detection is keyword-based and can miss things or get them wrong — don't rely on it as your only record for anything that matters legally or financially.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Trevlik isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from using (or being unable to use) the service, including lost data or missed tasks.

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
